Maybe Clyde Edwards-Helaire Can Help Going Forward

Maybe the Saints sneakily filled a real hole behind Kamara and Hill.

CEH is a 25-year-old Baton Rouge native, LSU star, and lifelong Saints fan with two Super Bowl rings and CFP national championship under his belt. He has 1st round pick talent, did a 1000 total yards in his rookie season, and appears to have a great attitude and work ethic. The man even won a heroism award for shielding a kid from being shot at a Super Bowl victory parade. IDK the background of what went wrong in KC but if coming home can help him be what Jamaal Williams was supposed to be -- a reliable do-it-all vet who can come in and average 4 yards a carry to spell and backup aging/injured Kamara and Hill, then he'd be a super valuable piece of the team found affordably.

Can anyone provide context what went wrong in KC?

From what I heard part of it was just that Pacheco emerged and he is probably better and cheaper. But, some of it apparently stems from when he was present in college when someone shot a robber while he was present. Apparently it caused PTSD and he has had trouble dealing with it. Some are speculating that being "home" may help him deal with it since he would have family and friends around to help him.
