If he's really controlling things to this degree then I guess I am too. Good grief. I'll never understand hiring a new coach but not allowing that coach to bring in
his guys. It's like having a Mexican joint but one day the owner decides that he wants to turn into a French fusion fine dining joint. So the owner brings in a qualified French chef but retains the rest of the kitchen because they are family. So you have a bunch of Mexicans trying to cook French fine dining. The results could be inconsistent.
Bring in a qualified chef, let him assemble a staff, and then let him cook. This isn't difficult. But with this front office things end up becoming far more difficult than they need to be.
