It’s true, Vrabel and Flores were fired, but that’s the only thing that they have in common with Nagy.
Both of them built systems that they could hang their hats on. Flores is a top notch DC. Vrabel had a solid culture in Tennessee, and he was let go due to a power struggle.
Nagy hasn’t even proven to be a competent OC as Andy Reid calls the plays on offense. As a coach he saw his team get worse and worse with each passing year. Nobody knows if he has learned from his past failure because he went back to a comfortable place in KC, where little is expected of him.
I don’t know why anyone would consider him after his prior crash landing, and our recent failure with DA.
