If Loomis remains GM…. And it looks like he will…. I want a strong minded no BS rigid unmovable personality at HC who eats breathes and lives football…. Someone that has the balls and background to challenge Loomis or anyone else in the building’s management and judgment…

And even though they are not my personal choice for who I want to see be the HC here…

The only 2 names the fit that description and are attainable…. Are Gruden and Vrabel.
