The biggest difference is that Ben Johnson is coaching a NFC 1 seed and has a serious chance to make and win a Super Bowl. Sean Payton was coaching a 3rd place in the East Cowboys team that missed the playoffs. Funny enough, Aaron Glenn was on that Cowboys team.

May not be the #1 seed next year. All it takes is a Goff injury and their season could go down the tubes. Also most coaches get fired eventually. He could be seeking employment with one of the teams he snubs in the future.
