Whats up with Rattler's hat that has "New Orleans" backwards?

It's upside down, not reversed. It's a weird trend but I've been seeing those a lot this season.

If it was just upside down, an upside down New Orleans would still read from left to right. The lettering has been flipped both horizontally (reversed) and vertically (upside down).
