One thing to consider is that we need a 3 year process of good picks to turn the roster.

I like the cliché of going fat guys first, but I think it is more important to understand the draft, pick a cornerstone with the first round pick, and be smart on your choices.

This is a good year for tight ends, pick one or two.

Same with defensive lineman.

And for offensive linemen, just look at the college teams that have solid lines (Michigan, Wisconsin, Penn State) and pick from them.
