This team needs Jon Gruden right now

You could replace "Gruden" with "Ditka" and it would be January 1997 all over again ;) We all know how that turned out.

I don't think Gruden ever coaches again in the pros. He'll be seen and photographed everywhere he can be, but he doesn't coach again.
