Derek Carr was talking about Rich Bisaccia. He said that he was the best leader of men coaches he’s ever been around. He said that Rizzi was similar. He didn’t mention DA. (You’re trying to obfuscate the argument with that comment).

Bottom line, we have to suit up a coach next year that can go head to head with the likes of Sean Payton and Andy Reid. It just so happens, we got obliterated by both of those coaches this year. What we’re doing Isn’t working. We need a completely new direction.

I didn't say he did mention DA recently. But, Carr has talked about how much he loves DA and what a good coach DA is in the past. DA is the reason Carr wanted to come here. And I'm not obfuscating anything. I'm directly saying that everyone knows you need a leader of men as a HC so you are wrong that people don't understand that. Moreover, I'm saying that Gruden is far from the only leader of men in the pool of potential HCs and in fact, due to his past issue, his ability to be a leader of men will be undermined. And even if not, he's not a very good good anymore. What we need is a leader of men that is also a very good coach and Gruden isn't that guy anymore.
