Things That Make You Feel Old

I am pretty sure what is causing it - supposedly it’s tight hip flexors. I go to yoga but apparently it’s not enough. I’m sure the hip flexor issue is from weight lifting. It started 2 months ago. I’ve been lifting for a year now so who the hell knows.

FWIW, when I was lifting (I've focused on running, cardio the last few years) from about ages 35-57 on and off I followed some advice I got years ago....

Do deadlifts at least twice a week, doesn't have to be a lot of weight (or it can be if you want) but it keeps your back strong and that can prevent any number of back or even other injuries....I never tore a muscle in that time or had to stop for any reason, and I did pretty low rep/high weights for a good while.....Maybe just lucky but I swear by it.....
