I would rather see an offensive minded coach in the position of head coach. Conversation shouldn't end just because he is a "fine" coach. We don't know how good Glenn is in a head coaching position so we can't say he is a good HC, so you have to be nitpicky to a point. Glenn is unproven as a head coach so if he is the Saints hire hopefully, he is that one you don't pass on.
