This team needs Jon Gruden right now

I think Spencer can be the future at QB... But I am not married to him or anything... I want what I think will win, now or going forward... but if we are winning now... who cares?

I care because it wouldn't necessarily mean he has been great. Even if the results are mediocre Loomis might extend Carr at Gruden's request in the spirit of staying competitive and not move toward fixing the problem at QB for the long term. That and Carr is getting older, more injury prone, and could start to regress soon. I also don't see a point in continuing to play Carr when we know who he is and we need to find out if Rattler is the guy or if we need to draft a QB in 2026.

Regardless, my real issue is that Gruden is no longer a very good coach and his record since his first year in Tampa shows it.
