I agree with the using his work email part. He was clearly going against two people that he has a major problem with. Not groups of people or races. But he shouldn’t have. And he was kicked for doing it. And he apologized and went to court over it for 2 years. Should he be put in front a firing squad now? Or does he deserve a second look? Again, it doesn't matter if what he said is racist or not and it doesn't matter if it is fair. What matters is that comments that many say were racist are all NFL players from ages 20 to 30 something years old know about him. They don't know his one great season in Tampa, they don't know when he was a good color man on MNF, they just know that he made childish at best and racist at worst comments about the head of the NFL PLAYERS Association. That's going to destroy any credibility he had any undermine and leadership skills he has. Not to mention risk major locker room issues and risk not being able to recruit some free agents.


And MAYBE you look past that if he was some amazing coach like Andy Reid or Sean Payton, but you don't do that for a coach that has been a .500 or worse coach after one great year in 2002.
