Restructure is a fancy name for pay raise.

Best thing to do is cut him before his guarantees kick in and reboot.

This thread is identical to so many threads in Raider boards while Carr was there.

If you cut him, you still need a QB and there is zero cap space to sign one. So you go with Rattler or a rookie. And watch Carr end up in the top third of the league statistically for a few more years with another team. That would be painful.
