This team needs Jon Gruden right now

Only way I’d want Gruden is if you could recreate the Tampa Bay staff and have it coached by Dungy so that Gruden could walk in and get a Super Bowl with them before starting to mess up the magic. I thought Gruden was a cartoon character in Tampa, and I have no reason to change.
