I was wrong on Ramczyk. Just saw his contract update. Doesn't change the numbers though. Pretty much the same as a restructure for 2025.

There isn't enough money unless you restructure Carr. Going to need to see some serious paycuts before it's even a thought.

I thought that was the case too, but there are apparently ways to do it based on what Trip and Underhill have laid out. But, it would not be easy.
