This team needs Jon Gruden right now

Gruden would be a terrible hire. I'm adamantly opposed to retreads. The only available former HC I'd give serious consideration to is Vrabel.

I'd rather hire a young, hungry coordinator with a chip on his shoulder and something to prove.
