not my style, but cant hate him for it. he believes in it and did it,more power to him. i watched that part and is what it is, doesnt make me wanna go try it or get all spiritual and stuff

I think all driven people have a 'thing' - some sort of activity or idea that gets and keeps them focused
many athletes use religion, some meditation. some faux victimization/underdog mentality, et al
as long as the output is positive - cool go for it
(but if some CEO uses a focusing technique to quiet their jimminy cricket and sociopathically destroy people and nature - less cool)

the problem is when an athlete (entertainer, business person, whatever) says hey this is the way to do things so you should follow my lead (not saying that's what AR is doing)

also since 'trolling' is one of the main rots in our culture, i'm disinclined to be too casual about it
