This team needs Jon Gruden right now

Gruden is an excellent offensive mind and very good coordinator.

As a HC his playcalling was bland and conservative

Not sure how much influence he had but when a HC his drafts have been dismal. Nauseating even.

His best role would be OC but give the play calling duties to someone else and keep him away from your draft board
