I don't understand some folks obsession with Gruden here.

His last winning record was in 2008!!

And his most recent stint with the Raiders was:

And even with Tamba Bay, he went:

9-7

And that was 20 years ago. What is so special here?

Seriously. Can we talk about coaches that are actually relevant in today's game?
