That would be ideal, but if the big X or every down TE aren't on the board at the right value, I think you still take a guy like Restrepo. You can figure out later how he fits into the group of WRs you have. And I'm not sure we keep Olave long term and both Olave and Shaheed might be better used as deep threats and playmaker WRs. I'm also not sure you want to put him in the slot to take hits given his concussion issues.
Beyond that, some of this depends on what kind of WRs the new OC wants for his system. I suspect that Restrepo would be a good fit for what Kingsbury wants to do for instance.
