The Science of Fasting

Saw this thread pop up in the feed & immediately thought “let me go look and see who got fat” lol

I didn’t get fat but Nov + Dec was particularly out of control food & alcohol wise. Due to so many holidays and holiday parties, etc.

I did get back on a meal prep delivery service again about a month ago for 2 reasons:

1. Control over my daily calorie intake without having to measure everything (they come with the macros already listed)
2. Since I wfh & hate leftovers, I felt like all I was ever doing was cooking and cleaning the kitchen.

So now I get lunch & dinner 5 days per week, make my own breakfast and food on weekends. Has been so clutch for time saving.
My willpower was like the French military when Germany invaded in WW2 especially when it came to the pecan pie
