ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler: Saints Head Coach opening is a coveted job among people I’ve spoken to; Mike McCarthy could have interest

I'd have a higher opinion of Ben Johnson's evaluation of franchises had he not accepted an interview with the Raiders. That is a coaching graveyard that regularly fires coaches and has a terrible owner.

My view of these opening is that New England is clearly the best job and the Raiders are the worst. The other 4 teams are in the middle and the order depends on what a specific coach is looking for. For instance, if a HC loves Caleb Williams they are #2, but if you don't like him they are #5 because you would be stuck with him for at least 3 more years. Same with the Jags and lawrence except Lawrence is more expensive.
Why do you think NE is the best opening? Yeah they have Maye but he's been kind of ehh. They just fired Mayo after ONE yr. Yes they have cap space but they also have 17 of their own FAs. If you think we need talent at every position NE is worse that we are

I still put the Bears maybe 1st . Eberflus completely botched the handling of Williams. Waldron while he's a good OC was not the guy for Williams.
They are almost set at the skill positions they OL help. Their D is in the middle. They have plenty of cap space
