Do you guys think Tomlin or Sirianni get fired if they lose in the Playoffs?

Tomlin if he loses the first game is a realistic possibility. Siriani unlikely. They've gone to the super bowl with him, won many playoff games and make the playoffs consistently and have a solid shot at winning the Super Bowl with him, and odds are, the coach they replace him with won't even be able to make the Super Bowl. It would be a terrible idea to fire him. But if they do, hell, I'll take him for New Orleans. The guy, despite being unliked by the media is a good head coach that builds a good team year in and year out.
Agreed.

Tomlin is a top 20 coach in the history of the NFL

Sirianni seems to be able to help shape a roster and get things going in the right direction. He also showed after last season that he is able to refocus his team and retool his team after a down year.

I would gladly take either in a heart beat.
