Do you guys think Tomlin or Sirianni get fired if they lose in the Playoffs?

Hilarious post. Are you suggesting that Allen's firing wasn't based on his job performance, but fan pressure?

99.9% of the Saints fanbase was foaming at the mouth for Allen to be relived of his duties, and rightfully so. He was very bad at his job. The numbers said so, and so did the eye-test. Regardless of fan behavior, he deserved to be fired.

Tomlin is a Hall of Fame head coach whose team was a game away from winning a competitive division with leftovers at QB and WR. There may be a small percentage of the fanbase who is ready for a new era but nothing even remotely similar to the fan climate here in New Orleans.

Sirianni is in his 5th year with a 48-20 record and is 5-2 in the postseason including a Superbowl appearance. Again, not close to the same fan climate.

Absolutely wild comparison.

If you think that was funny you should see my Jim Carey impersonations. Anyway I apologize you didn't understand the point I made, it's incredibly unfortunate.

Tomlin signed a three-year extension this season that ties him to the team until 2027, I seriously doubt he is going anywhere.

Sirianni has not signed an extension yet (contract expires next season), but replacing him carries way more risk than reward. When you have a winning coach, it's easier to find a losing coach than it is to find one that can allegedly get you over that last hurdle to win a championship. He is more likely to get an extension than get fired, unless they get completely embarrassed in the first round of the playoffs.

Legitimately just realized your Avatar is an old fashioned (i presume) all this time I thought it was puss n boots hat lol
