That's bad business. It sounds like Jerry is going to extend McCarthy. Imagine holding up Kubiak for a month and then our new coach not wanting him. He misses out on all of the OC jobs. How many assistant coaches are going to want to come here then? Won't happen. Kubiak probably ends up somewhere else by the end of the month.
