That's just not correct. HC candidates are looking for an organization that will give them EVERY chance to succeed. Firing a HC mid-season is not a good look , very much like firing a HC after 1 season
You can say that till youre blue in the face. And you will. But none of the candidates we interview will care at all, zero, that we fired a complete failure of a head coach mid season. Allen was given every chance, and then some, to succeed. It’s an absolute non factor in their decision.
