Saints planned to interview Mike McCarthy; McCarthy didn’t garner enough interest from Saints and will take a year off

I would take Mike McCarthy in a heart beat. As has been pointed out, he has a solid career win %, and considering the blood that he extracted from a stone of a roster in Dallas, that’s really saying something.
