Cowboys has spoken to Deion Sanders about their head coach job; talks to continue
As others have said, not exactly a rejection. That said, I’ve got my fingers crossed that he’ll be staying. He’s got the top QB recruit coming. He’s got a lot of potential with the Buffs and I think he wants a National Championship. He is also practically worshipped around here. The naysayers are loud but they are very very very few.
My thinking is that at some point, a father needs to let his kids be adults. Sanders is huge on taking care of his family but he should know that those boys need to stand on their own two feet.
Finally, I know he LOVES Glacier Ice Cream and doesn’t want to give it up. So there’s that. 😜
