FWIW, Underhill is saying that he thinks that it's Glenn/McCarthy as the Saints top choice for HC. Could be either and they will continue to pursue Glenn. So we may not know anything soon since Glenn is in the playoffs.
IMO, that makes it possible that McCarty takes the Chicago job before we are in a position to really offer the job to him.
Chicago is in the Ben Johnson sweepstakes. I don't think they make a decision anytime soon until after they have the in person interview with Johnson which could be weeks from now. We're in the same boat with Glenn.
