why rivers? what has he done thats so dominant?
You answered your own question. Why does a guy get a lot of tackles? Because the defense is letting a lot of plays get off. So what does it say that Rivers only had 73? It says that he played on a good defense. Also, there is a lot of LB depth at USC, too.
BTW, Lofton and Mayo play MLB; they almost always get more tackles than the outside guys.
Keith Rivers is an excellent prospect, but we can get a good LB in the 2nd or 3rd round.
