This is absolute nonsense. That was entirely driven by Rodgers. It's quite obvious Rodgers has caused headaches for multiple coaches in his career. At some point, you have to call a spade a spade. Rodgers is usually the guy in the middle of these messes.
The downturn started before his son passed. Regardless, coaching is cyclical. Every coach has their ups and downs. Comes with the territory for even the best coaches.
