He understands what he needs to do for the most part. I just think he’s hard to work with and he’s not the type of coach that appeals to players, assistant coaches or fans. I think his offensive play calling is outdated and uninspiring. I think he has a problem with personal accountability.

He’s the worst possible combo with Loomis, who also doesn’t believe his shirt ever stinks.
