I think Moore ends up in Dallas. Jones loves him. He's the type of coach Jones can push around too. Can't do that with someone like Belichick. Jones also loves Jason Witten, longtime now retired Cowboys TE. Don't be surprised if he ends up with a big job on Moore's staff.
