I wonder what the perspectives of the several former GM's we have will influence the decision. Do some of these guys want a bit more control over player/football decisions? If so, would that lead them to favour a 1st time HC who wouldn't necessarily need/expect full control? I think Loomis is very much in the laissez faire camp, but if there a large panel, to what extent is that decision influenced by what the others may want from their own roles?
