Meh. There's clearly truth to the issue of injuries. Both the Pelicans and Saints are doing something wrong. That said, Payton was way too messy to be throwing around public criticism. From publicly visible marital infidelity to substance abuse to bountygate to defensive failure... The list goes on. He should know where he's been to appreciate where he is.
