This is a good thing. Too many young players were declaring. Now the true upperclassmen, who has played 4-5 years, will be/is the majority of the draft enrollees. It’s better for the NFL this way.
This is a great thing for most positions, especially QB, OL, DL, TE and LB. I saw somewhere where teams have no clue about LBs transitioning from college to the NFL because they don't know if the guys can do everything they are asked to do in the NFL since most if not all of the college D schemes aren't as demanding as the NFL defensive schemes/responsibilities.
A guy like Kiser who has been in college for 6 years, the NFL teams have a better idea about what they'll get from him.
