Maxillofacial surgeon / general dentist- has a MDDS after graduating Summa toss custard Laude from Tufts Medical in Boston. Went in the Navy as a Commissioned Medical Officer so he has had zero student debt.

Owns his own dental and surgery center in Colorado Springs with 17 dental chairs, an associate dentist, a OR nurse, and twelve techs. Owns the building he is in and has four tenants.

Suffice it to say he is doing well.

His clinic is open 6 days a week works three days a week and a half day every third Friday.

Like I said the last time; it really doesn't matter what you do. Work is soul sucking.

17 chairs ? Jesus Christ .. ive been in the Dental industry for a long time, almost 20 yrs, in one position i worked almost exclusively with oral surgeons like ur brother.. that’s a big practice.. and he owns the building ?? Yeah that’s rare, and extremely successful .. kind of wild that he’s that unhappy while working around 14 days per month .. but i get it.. what’s interesting is that , while ive made only a fraction of the money your brother must be making- i have actually had jobs where, while not perfect- i actually enjoyed them and they weren’t soul sucking .. than again, i have also had jobs that were soul sucking.. i think it’s highly dependent on the company and your personal circumstances.. dentists though do have one of the highest suicide rates of any profession .

ETA- the language filter grabbing the Latin for "with highest honors" and making it tossing custard made my whole day. Thanks @Andrus

Yeah it’s way over the top.. i try not to complain here too much since i realize andrus does the best he can with what he has- but wow is the auto-correct/predictive text whatever on here beyond terrible.. sometimes the words it changes things to when i make a wrong keystroke is hilarious .. ive never seen anything like it .
