Capital One bank sued...

I have several accounts with them and besides this type of tomfoolery, no real issues (that I know of). My question is what bank would be better? I have an account with a credit union but their interface is so damn decrepit it's a deterrent to even using it (maybe that's a good thing).

I have investment accounts with JPM/Chase that have a banking component but I don't really use it. My primary banking is with a local/regional bank - they're nationally registered and have FDIC, but its otherwise a state bank. The personal touches are pretty awesome. For example, if a big check comes through, I always get a call from a person at their clearance office just to make sure it's legit. Once I was trying to buy a car and at the last minute the financing through the dealer got screwy - so I made a call and within minutes had a lending manager on the phone with me telling me my options with them right away, no bullshirt. No ATM fees whatsoever, and their tech is all solid.

I'm a fan.
