Can Trevor Penning play Left Guard?

I think the team has enough holes as is to think about messing with what is working. They have made too many questionable decisions personnel wise that they are in a situation where they can't afford to mess with what is working as is, even if you are not getting first round caliber play from Penning (although getting adequate play from him is way better than having nothing at all). They should just work with Penning and Fuaga as bookends... this will at least allow them to focus on other positions with their premium picks, and stabilize the Oline.
I don't disagree, but do think that Penning can be upgraded and I also think that Fuaga would have been better at RT. I did a post where I compared Penei Sewell's 1st 10 games at LT to Fuaga's first season at LT and Fuaga finished 1 point higher. Meanwhile when Sewell was moved back to RT his grade shot up. So moving Fuaga back to RT is less about Penning and more about getting the most out of Fuaga.
