You can't really believe that RZ efficiency is all on the QB!!
RZ scoring is way more about play calling . And when you get inside the 10 way more runs are called and all the QB does on those plays is hand off. RZ efficiency is an OFFENSIVE stat
Also assigning RZ efficiency to the QB is ridiculous due to dropped passes and fumbles by other players
