He did not have a good season, but most observers see the talent and that he can be salvaged. I don't see Mike going anywhere due to the history of the franchise. Mike is still a great coach, but if you don't find a QB you're screwed.

It's not his talent I'd be worried about, though he did play like trash his rookie season. It's that he's a total weirdo.
