This don't hire a defensive HC because if the OC he hires is successful he'll leave is really short sighted. Do you think that Quinn will forget how to hire an OC when KK leaves?? Quinn has the best track record in hiring OCs , 1st with Shanny and now KK. Look at Bowles, he may not be a good HC but he's good at hiring OCs. Now Campbell may not be since he did hire Johnson , he just promoted him and who's to say that was not Holmes's call.
