Tell that to Shanny , he lost Ryans and can't find a DC to replace him. And guess who is the scapegoat when a HC needs to be fired? The OC. I love how all these DC are great DCs after they get fired as HC but OCs that get fired from HC jobs are trash. Waldron is still a good OC , Dorsey is still a good OC McDaniels was a good OC ( Bad HC) . Quinn has no problem hiring great OCs
