As has already been said, you don't need elite players at every position but you need them at the most expensive positions. Other coordinators scheme's you can get away with lesser CB's and smaller DE's. Not in DA's. His defense was designed to stop pocket passers, it's why we used to have so much success. You never had to worry about the QB running so you could pin your ears back and rush the passer and your CB's could have their back to them. Now look at every single QB left in the playoffs, they can all run or scramble. Same with our division. It doesn't work anymore.
