I want no part of Aaron Glenn as a HC

That's a pretty lofty goal, and it will only happen if you get a relatively young first-time head coach who is successful out of the gate (playoffs in the first or second year). Any first-time head coach is going to be a gamble, and I'm fine with that. If they fail, at least we'll have a high draft pick (like top five). For all the talk of Brady people are forgetting he was in Carolina and did not elevate their QBs. Allen was an all-pro guy before Brady got there. I think a lot of you guys are downplaying the importance of motivating a team and doing more with less. Glenn coached up that defense to secure the number one seed with a bunch of third-string guys despite the last game. Nevertheless, I would rather roll the dice with a new guy, and there is no guarantee when you go in that direction.
I thought Brady had four 1k yard receivers in Carolina?
