So How Attractive is the Saints HC Job?
Between our cap mess and Loomis' patience I think there is a built in safety factor of knowing you'll have the job for at least 3 years unless you absolutely face plant since it'll take time to turn things around.
Our front office "committee" could be seen as a hindrance for an experienced head coach but for an inexperienced head coach it could be an asset. It also depends on how they approach it, if their job is to give the chosen head coach the best tools so that the coach can make the decision then that's a plus. If they're all trying to have a say then that turns into a massive cluster.
Owner is a big plus especially compared to the other meddling owners out there. Couldn't imagine having to deal with the Jets owner and his Madden ratings.
