Only skill talent Dallas had was Dak and Lamb under McCarthy. Cooks is way past his prime. Elliott and Pollard looked better than they were because of the OL.
McCarthy was able to get the most out of what he had. Then the lack of receiving playmakers at RB and WR showed a lot in the playoffs once teams took away Lamb.
Dallas’ talent was largely overrated because of the Jerry Jones media hype. No other coach was getting 12 wins for multiple seasons out of those teams.
