It's very possible that if the Bills win, the Saints sign McCarthy, as they can't make any offers to Brady until the Bills lose. But if the Bills lose, he'll be fully engulfed into the interviewing process along with McCarthy.

So, ask yourself, would you rather see the Bills win increasing McCarthy odds, or the Bills lose increasing Brady odds?
