Bills fan here..... Joe Brady

I have very small hope for the Saints over the next couple of seasons. I'm for scratching the soft rebuild strategy and going as "all-in" as feasible on a 3 year plan to revamp the roster, coaching staff, cap situation, and culture. I'm for whatever coach brings THAT as his vision. I want to do what the Lions have done. (losing in the playoffs is acceptable if it's obvious the team is ascending and on the right path as a true contender)

I kinda lean towards a guy like Brady. Offensive minded, young and hungry to prove-it, and completely different than what we've become "accustomed to" over the past few seasons. With him, i feel like we'd be dedicated to find the next elite young QB and a few elite skill players. The type players that give you a chance every week. I also believe that he would allow more control over the defense to whoever he brought in to be the DC.
